Last updated October 16, 2026

Magic Feathers Corp ("we") runs MagicFeathers.org. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Visit statistics. We use TraceMyIP to count visits. It records information like your IP address, approximate location, browser and the pages you view.
  • Email signups. If you join our mailing list, we keep your name and email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Messages. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their own privacy policies. We receive a record of your gift, but never your full card details.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Tips

When you send a tip through our tip line, what you enter (and any file you attach) is emailed to our team at info@magicfeathers.org through our email provider, Mailgun. We don't store tips on our website. You can send a tip anonymously: leave your name and contact blank or tick "Keep me anonymous." To limit spam we briefly keep a scrambled version of your IP address, which is deleted automatically within an hour. We use tips only to look into the story, and we won't publish your name or contact details without your permission.

Mailing list

If you join our mailing list, we keep your email address, the name you give us (if any), the lists you picked and the date you confirmed. We use double opt-in: we email you a confirmation link, and you're added only after you click it. The list is stored with our email provider, Mailgun, and used only to send you Magic Feathers, Broken Truth and Epidemic of Fraud updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. We never sell, rent or share your email address.

Social media

Our Social page shows copies of our latest public posts from Facebook and X. They're stored on our own server, so viewing that page doesn't load any Facebook or X code or cookies. Clicking a post, or a link to YouTube or Instagram, takes you to that service, where its own privacy policy applies.

Third-party links

Our site links to other sites, like YouTube, IMDb, BrokenTruth.TV and FreeKenlee.com. Their own policies apply there.

Your choices

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
